Cancellations

We are more than happy to cancel your order if you change your mind but request you do so within one hour of placing it. skincarelove.com endeavors to dispatch your order to within one hour to ensure speedy arrival of your purchase. We will attempt to change any request received after one hour but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.

Returns

If you're not 100% satisfied in any way with an item you've received, please let us know through the contact us page. (This must be done within 14 calendar days of receipt and within 3 months from the order date and can only be returned once authorized by our team).

We understand sometimes you may order the wrong product so we are more than happy to accept a return. We will refund in full as long as the product has not be opened or tampered with but regret we can not be held responsible for the postage costs which you incur by returning a product. We are happy to refund postage costs if the item is defective or sent due to our error.

In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns must include:

  • A copy of your delivery note or your order number
  • Return authorization (obtainable from Customer Services)
  • Reason for return
  • Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending via registered or insured post so the parcel can be traced.
  • For credit card refunds, please note we can only refund the total cost of goods. If there are shipping charges to be refunded we will offer you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement or refund via Paypal.
